Shipping Policy

We ship orders on the same business day that we receive them. For orders within the continental United States, standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping, when selected at checkout, usually takes 1–2 business days. If you need an order sooner, please contact us.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 USD shipped within the continental United States. For other orders, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returning an item

Please email alex@polyimidetape.com before shipping a return so we can provide instructions. For an eligible return that is not due to a defect or our error, you are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance for higher-value items; we cannot confirm receipt of a package that does not reach us.
