Double-sided polyimide tape is coated on both sides with silicone or acrylic adhesives. Silicone adhesives have the higher temperature threshold/resistance (260℃) compared to acrylic adhesives (155℃). Overall, this high heat adhesive double sided tape offers superior dielectric strength and high temperature + chemical resistance.
