ESD polyimide tape is slightly different from 'normal' polyimide tape in that it combines a static dissipative polyimide film combined with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). ESD polyimide tape has outstanding thermal resistance and excellent electrical insulating properties, making it perfect for applications where electrostatic discharge is a concern.
This tape resists high and low temperatures, offers electrical insulation, and withstands radiation. It also operates effectively up to 400°C.
Each roll, no matter thickness or width, is 36 yards long.
Common Applications: PCB assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics repair, lithium-ion battery manufacturing, and other applications where electrostatic discharge is a concern.
